Introduction

Operating instructions

First of all, it must be checked once according to the manual chassis operation requirements. After the operation is normal, the electric operation is performed. The torque that the handcart shakes and shakes is usually ≤25N.m

1. Electric operation:

The D-DPC-electric chassis is only available for transmission and does not have any control protection. Therefore, the electric operation must design or select the appropriate control loop to operate normally. The company currently has TRC-20-A1 rail mounting and panel mounting. Connect the control loop and check whether the working position and test position are switched properly in the control module. (The company has two sets of micro-switches in the front and rear of the chassis to control the return to stop.) Check that the handle of the chassis is shaken to the test position and the working position is correct. Remove the handle, plug in the power supply, and the test module lights up. Press the rocker and the work position light of the work position control module lights up.
